Prior to every check-in, we ensure that your accommodation is in perfect rental condition — accessible, cleaned, tidied, and fully equipped, with everything in excellent working order. We personally hand over the keys to new guests upon arrival and provide all the necessary information to ensure they enjoy the property and its facilities comfortably and without any inconvenience or disturbance.

Throughout their stay, guests can rely on our immediate availability and efficiency to resolve any potential breakdowns or damages, as well as to accommodate any request that may help make their daily life in the resort easier (e.g. booking tourist services), including assistance in overcoming any language barriers.
